REFUND POLICY
Plugins 
Due to the nature of Fuel Music Audio products being non-tangible digital goods, it is not possible to ‘return’ any of our products, therefore we do not offer any refunds or exchanges after purchase is completed.
All sales are final!
All promotional, discounted, and pre-order sales are final and therefore non-refundable/exchangeable.
If you are having any problem with our product(s), a file, installation, or have any other questions, please contact support via email at info@fuelmusicaudio.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Pedals 
If any merchandise is to be returned, we require that it be returned within thirty (30) days of the invoice date. All returns must be authorized by Fuel Music Audio to insure credit for the products. Invoice must accompany returns. We will not accept any products that have been tagged, stickered, written on, opened or expired. Fuel Music Audio may accept or reject returns at its sole discretion.You can return the items in the same package you got them or use another box, but please pack the items carefully to avoid them breaking during the transportation. Remember to add your details inside the parcel and information about if it's a return or an exchange.
